What is your processing time?
My processing time for orders are up to 7 working days, not including weekends. Sometimes this processing time may be extended due to workload and busy periods.
Why is your processing time that long?
Each ghost, ornament, pair of earrings etc are all hand made with care. Most items need to be hand moulded, baked and cleaned and may need to be assembled before they can be packed to post. My processing time allows this to be done without compromising the quality of your orders.
How do I care for my items?
Any polymer clay items can be gently wiped with a dry or damp cloth. Do not use any cleaning products with chemicals as they may discolour or compromise the surface of the clay.
Any air-dry clay items must only be dusted with a dry cloth.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! I love doing custom orders and have done many over the years! if you would like to brainstorm an idea of a custom ghost please don't hesitate to get in touch with me!

What happens if my items arrive damaged or have a problem with my order?
Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any issued with your order. I will always work with you to find the best solution to resolve any issues you may have.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes mostly. Unfortunately due to new GSPR regulations I am unable to ship to the EU or Ireland at this time and there are some other exclusions but I ship to a wide range of locations overseas.
Can you combine shipping on multiple orders?
Absolutely! If you have placed an order but want to add some more goodies to it then please get in touch before placing any additional orders and I will arrange combined shipping for you.
Can I return my order?
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, returns are accepted within 14 days. I cannot accept returns for custom items or earrings.
I cannot refund a return until I am in possession of the returned item.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
